Payment explanation
How your monthly fee is calculated
We use a simple, usage‑based pricing model. This means you only pay for the number of eggs scanned during each calendar month.

How it works
- Throughout the month, your system scans eggs as usual.
- At the end of the month, we count the total number of eggs scanned.
- Your invoice is calculated using the rate of €5 per 100,000 eggs scanned in that month.
- You are billed only for that month’s usage; there is no fixed monthly fee and no double counting. All amounts are excluding VAT. The first 6 months are free of charge.
Example
If you scan 1,000,000 eggs in a month, your fee for that month will be:
- (1,000,000 ÷ 100,000 = 10) units
- (10 × €5 = €50)
So, your invoice for that month would be €50 ex VAT.
